First Quarter of 2017: A Quarter of Awards
Our company received three important awards during the first quarter of 2017. Thus, we have brought the town of Ludwigshafen up for discussion in a positive way. Our CEO Saeid Fasihi and our approximately 70 employees had cause for rejoicing over receiving the Stevie Award®, the Business Magnet 2017 and the title „Growth Champion 2017“ by the news magazine „FOCUS“. Fasihi: „This award fills us with pride. We are especially pleased about the fact that we have thereby been able to contribute to the increase in the degree of popularity of Ludwigshafen.“
According to Fasihi, the numerous awards are a reward for our company's significant contribution to the digitisation in the workplace within the scope of Industry 4.0, thanks to our longstanding experience regarding our inhouse developed webtechnology. At the same time, our company strengthens the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region by creating jobs, by its innovative power and social commitment.
Fasihi participated in a gala in Hamburg on 31 March, where he received the Stevie Award in Gold, a business award for the „Manager of the Year“ in the category Computer Software for companies with up to 500 staff. Moreover, the Stevie Award in Silver was handed over to Fasihi GmbH in the same category for companies with up to 250 staff.
The German Stevie Awards represent an important business award in Germany and have already taken place three times since 2015. They are part of the Stevie Award Programs belonging to the most coveted business awards worldwide. For more than a decade, the Stevie Awards portray the achievements in the world of work in programmes such as the International Business Awards and the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. Fasihi, as an attendee of honour, had been nominated by the organiser himself.
Business Magnet 2017 for holistic corporate governance
A few days before, Fasihi, together with 15 other companies from all over Germany, obtained the seal Business Magnet 2017. The seal is conferred to especially strong enterprises standing for a holistic and continuously successful corporate governance, which they were able to document in seven areas.
Requirements for receiving the seal are:

• innovational strength
• social resonsibility
• focus on growth
The seal Business Magnet 2017 was awarded in the course of the 1st Day of Dialogue, held in Fulda, in close cooperation with the promoter of the seal Wirtschaftsmagnet GmbH (Business Magnet GmbH). The Oskar-Patzelt-Stiftung (Oskar Patzelt Foundation) also confers the Great Prize for SMEs, a competition in which the Fasihi GmbH received the badge of honour on a national level in 2016.
Growth Champion 2017
For the second time in a row, Fasihi GmbH belongs to the 500 Growth Champions in Germany. This is the result of a study carried out by the news magazine FOCUS, together with the data collection and statistics firm Statista, identifying the German companies with the highest increase in sales. During the years 2011 and 2015, Fasihi achieved second place in the Rhineland-Palatinate with a growth of 22 per cent in the sector of "IT, Internet, Software and Services". In 2016 our company generated sales of 5.6 million euros.
