Fasihi Academy further extends its offer

Our company responds to the need for further training for customers and own staff

The figures of the year 2016 speak for themselves: All year round we offered and carried out various regular trainings once a week for our own staff regarding different topics. Moreover, especially in the fourth quarter of 2016, more than 200 customers took advantage of the opportunity for further education at Fasihi Academy. Chief executive Saeid Fasihi: „For us it is a matter of great importance to invest in a continuous further training for our customers and staff. So far, we have only received positive feedback.“

In response to the strong demand for further training, the company wants to recruit even more staff. For that reason we are looking for project managers, experienced developers for mobile apps and Java developers.

Electronic initiation plans ensure that new colleagues will be quickly integrated into the team. In order to preserve and constantly update our staff's high level of knowledge, they regularly participate in trainings. What is more, the company supports and promotes staff who wish to develop themselves further by striving for a master programme or PhD. And last but not least, those customers are trained working in their company with the Fasihi Enterprise Portal or FEB inFACTORY, the web-based information and communication portal for production plants.

Together with economic experts and their own professionals, Fasihi Academy provides their customers and other interested parties with a wide range of options regarding information technology. Among others, Fasihi collaborates with the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences, the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar and the chamber of Industry and Commerce for the Palatinate.

Certificate Courses in co-operation with the Steinbeis University Berlin

In co-operation with the Steinbeis University Berlin, SHB, Fasihi Academy offers a number of certificate courses for which up to seven credit points can be awarded and taken into account for further study programmes within the frame of the European Credit Point System. Interested parties may choose individual seminars offered by Fasihi Academy. The degree "WEB inFACTORY Expert" or "FEP Expert" can be awarded after completion of the certificate courses provided for master craftsmen, qualified foremen, as well as technicians or people with special or general university entrance qualifications. WEB inFACTORY represents the web-based information and communication portal for production plants within the framework of Industry 4.0. FEP stands for "Fasihi Enterprise Portal", the web-based portal technology by which sophisticated and customised solutions can be made available to large and medium-sized companies with regard to their demands for information and communication.

The predominant role of further vocational training had been discovered by Fasihi already at an early stage. Marius Pollmer, head of Fasihi Academy: „Those who wish to meet the growing demand on the job market and keep up with the tremendous pace in technology and business, must provide a variety of offers including specialist lectures, seminars and workshops around the topics of information technology. For more than over 20 years we have been developing web-based IT solutions with a focus on information and communication management. Our know-how and experience is passed on to our customers and staff.“

All in all,  Fasihi Academy is based on five columns:

Our own trainees and students participating in integrated degree programmes regularly attend trainings to improve their and standard of knowledge. 

• Internal trainings
All Fasihi staff is always supposed to stay up-to-date via internal further training and seminars.

• Further training
Fasihi Academy provides an opportunity for its staff to choose from umpteen external training offerings.

• Customised trainings
Via individual trainings, customers of Fasihi GmbH are constantly kept up-to-date about the latest status of the Fasihi Software.

• Seminars/lectures
Fasihi Academy regulary organises professional events for customers and interested parties around the topic of information technology.
