Fasihi once again among 500 Growth Champions in Germany

For the second year in a row, our comany belongs to the 500 growth champions in Germany. This is the result of a survey carried out by the news magazine FOCUS in co-operation with the institute for statistics Statista who have determined the German enterprises with the highest increase in sales. The entire list, which is structured into 20 industries, can be viewed at FOCUS SPEZIAL under the headline "Wachstumschampions 2017" (growth champions 2017) since 15 November. In the industry of "IT, Internet, Software and Services" Fasihi came in second place in Rhineland-Palatinate with a 22 per cent growth during the years 2012 to 2015.

"We are glad to have received this award and wish to continue to grow continuously further on.  The full satisfaction both of our customers and our employees will always remain our first priority. Also further in the future, we intend to recruit more qualified staff in the area of software development and IT project management," says chief executive Saeid Fasihi.

The list contains the 500 growth champions who achieved a particularly high percentage in sales growth rate a year between 2012 and 2015. Taken into consideration were both privately owned companies and those listed on the stock exchange. A prerequisite was, however, that they act independently and are no subsidiary, have their headquarters in Germany, achieved sales of at least 100,000 euros in 2012 and 1.8 million euros or even more in 2015. Statista picked companies from over 1.9 million entries of the commercial registry with a growth higher than average. From these companies they chose 13,000 and invited them to submit their application for the award.

Since its start 26 years ago, Fasihi GmbH has only been in the black. In 2015 our sales reached 4.7 million euros. At present, we employ more than 60 people, most of whom are specialists in internet technologies. In 2016 we received the badge of honour at the Grand Prize for SMEs, the so-called Großen Preis des Mittelstandes, and, as a result, Fasihi now belongs to the Top 25 SMEs in Germany. In 2014 our work had even been awarded with the first prize at the Grand Prize for SMEs on a Rhineland-Palatinate level (please see Großen Preis des Mittelstandes auf Rheinland-Pfalz-Ebene). The security concept for encrypting and classifying data developed by our company, which represents a significant feature of all our software solutions, received the Innovation Award 2011 by the Rhineland-Palatinate.
