Targeted information is provided to support your employees: this includes all kinds of documents such as manuals, operating procedures and process instructions, as well as recommendations for action or information obtained from other modules such as the hazardous substances database. In daily practice, equipment information can be managed easily with the system and can be retrieved any time via a QR code (also available in the DIN SPEC 91406 format). This means that all employees on site have immediate access to all important data and recommendations for action during maintenance work or in the event of an incident.

The assistance system can be used to manage the QR codes of equipment and operating resources, allowing for both individual company-internal resource codes and Auto-IDs according to DIN SPEC 91406 being used.
If a QR code is scanned with a smart phone or tablet, all linked information from all connected systems is summarized and shown in an overview.
The digital assistance system by Fasihi is a comprehensive solution. Embedded in the Fasihi Enterprise Portal® (FEP), all functions can be used across all modules. The system can be connected to all other modules, especially in the field of EHS.
