It can happen in every company: A toxic product leaks during cleaning work. Quick action is necessary. This is where the new App QuickIn® by Fasihi can help, by which all responsible employees needed on site to prevent something much worse can be informed immediately via smartphone.

This is only one possible example among many for the use of QuickIn, a solution that was developed in 2020 on the basis of the Fasihi Enterprise Portal® and is now being introduced to the market. The app is designed to be a daily digital companion on the go.

The novel app supports companies of different sizes and industries in optimising their processes and operations. "With QuickIn, quick reports such as accidents, environmental incidents or quality defects of any kind can be recorded at lightning speed already at the scene of the incident and seamlessly communicated to all parties involved," explains Tolga Aktas, the responsible project manager.

The solution has been newly developed. However, with its web application, Fasihi GmbH already has many years of experience in dealing with reporting and information systems to support operational processes.

Predefined forms in the app can be individually adapted to the needs of the respective customer. An intelligent authorisation and notification concept makes it possible to reach a predefined group of people.

Later, the messages can be conveniently processed and actions initiated from the workplace in the web application. "All those involved are informed at all times, for example, in the event of dangerous situations," emphasises Steffen Rust, the second project manager, who, together with his colleagues, is happy to advise anyone interested in getting to know QuickIn.

A demo version of the QuickIn app can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Consistent continuation of the successful strategy

The new development is a consistent continuation of the software house's success and innovation strategy, which culminated in the new building and the inauguration of the new company building in 2019 in the presence of the Minister President of Rhineland-Palatinate. The figures also speak for themselves: the company managed to increase its turnover by 12.4 percent to 8.1 million euros in the previous year. Managing Director Rolf Lutzer: "I am sure that, together with our qualified and committed employees, we will continue to be successful in the future.“
