New Fasihi company building in the Ludwigshafen technology centre occupied

The approximately 90 employees of our company moved into the new company building in Ludwig-Reichling-Straße in the Technology Centre Ludwigshafen at the beginning of July 2019. The current company headquarters with four floors in the immediate vicinity of the previous location will be officially inaugurated with a ceremony in September.

With the new company building, the company is making a clear commitment to Ludwigshafen, where it has been located since its foundation in 1990. The developer was Saroba GmbH (Ludwigshafen).

With the construction of the new company domicile, the management reacted to the extraordinarily positive business development of the last few years, increasing numbers of employees and the resulting growing demands on the technical and spatial equipment of all departments. This includes the necessary expansion of meeting and training rooms, research rooms and social rooms. There are also spacious rooms for the training of customers and own employees by the company's own Fasihi Academy. Sufficient parking spaces are available for both employees and guests of the company.

2400 square metres for current and future employees

"On 2400 square metres, many more employees will have enough space in the future to tackle the development of new and innovative projects", Managing Director and company founder Saeid Fasihi is pleased to say. "This way, we are well prepared to be able to meet the high demands of our customers in the future as well."

"The construction of our new company building was necessary in order to continue to successfully manage our national and international business. Due to constant growth as well as increasing customer enquiries and employee numbers, the capacities of our old offices were no longer sufficient," says Rolf Lutzer, the company's second managing director.
