Ludwigshafen – BASF Digital Solutions GmbH and Fasihi GmbH yesterday signed an agreement to acquire the Ludwigshafen-based software company Fasihi GmbH. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2024. BASF acquires software solutions tailored to the company, which are used in many areas, and plans to continue to operate Fasihi as a subsidiary of BASF Digital Solutions GmbH. BASF benefits from many years of experience and knowledge of the BASF organization and its specific processes.
